A-TECHWORKS specialises in foundry patternmaking and CNC machining. Working with a partner foundry, we can coordinate the supply of raw castings and their finish machining.
We discuss each project based on the drawing and its actual manufacturing needs. You deal with us directly on key dimensions, quantities and the next steps.

Before
we begin.
Ideally, a PDF technical drawing and STEP or IGES 3D model, material grade, quantity and target delivery date. Please specify critical tolerances and inspection requirements. Attach the drawings to your email.
Yes. We can discuss machining customer-supplied castings or other workpieces, standalone patternmaking, or a coordinated manufacturing process. Feasibility is reviewed against the technical information.
Casting projects may include grey cast iron (EN-GJL) and ductile cast iron (EN-GJS). Other materials, one-off parts and production runs are reviewed against the specific project requirements.
They depend on geometry, material, tolerances, quantity and the manufacturing steps required. After reviewing these, we provide a project-specific quotation and an agreed schedule.
